Are you an experienced Sales Manager / up-and-coming Sales Engineer within the Packaging or Printing Engineering Industries? Are you looking for a challenging role for a global leader in their field? Are you looking to join a mediumsized business that has had continued growth for the past 5+ years?
If so, we are seeking a Sales Manager for a rapidly growing design and manufacturer of bespoke machinery & equipment for a variety of different industries to lead the South West Sales

Essential Requirements / Experience:

  • Must be a proven Sales Manager / up-and-coming Sales Engineer within the Packaging or Printing industries
  • Must have strong commercial acumen, with a strong attitude
  • They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience + 1% Uncapped Commission (£1M Target) 
  • Great pension scheme
  • Shorter finish Fridays
  • Covering the triangle from Bristol across to Reading, down to Bournemouth

Sales Manager

The Role

  • The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales Territory for the South-West
  • Managing OEM’s within the Packaging & Food industries
  • Set and establish new business opportunities
  • Maintain, improve and establish relationships with existing primary business
  • Strategy planning with the management team, driving the business forward at a stage of continued growth over the past few years
