If so, we are seeking a Sales Manager for a rapidly growing design and manufacturer of bespoke machinery & equipment for a variety of different industries to lead the South West Sales

Essential Requirements / Experience:
- Must be a proven Sales Manager / up-and-coming Sales Engineer within the Packaging or Printing industries
- Must have strong commercial acumen, with a strong attitude
- They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive annual salary circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience + 1% Uncapped Commission (£1M Target)
- Great pension scheme
- Shorter finish Fridays
- Covering the triangle from Bristol across to Reading, down to Bournemouth

The Role
- The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales Territory for the South-West
- Managing OEM’s within the Packaging & Food industries
- Set and establish new business opportunities
- Maintain, improve and establish relationships with existing primary business
- Strategy planning with the management team, driving the business forward at a stage of continued growth over the past few years
