Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with a Project Management background looking to join a tight-knit company with a great work environment where you will take on a varied role with end-to-end project responsibility and the opportunity to progress as the team grows?

Established for over 40 years, this family-run company supplies specialised fencing and access solutions to schools, leisure centres, city councils and private clients. This varied role would see you based in Bristol, and travelling around the South West region.

This role will see you responsible for end-to-end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through site visits, assisting on quotations, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and leading the electrical team. You will work 39 hours per week, with an early finish on Fridays.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Project Management looking to grow within a tight-knit company who will give you the opportunity to grow the department and assume overall responsibility of projects from conception to completion.

The Role:

• End-to-end project management.
• Project planning, quoting, budget management and contracts administration.
• Very small team - you and one other going out to sites.
• Deal with vendors, sub-contractors and clients.
• Company Vehicle - regional travel of the South West
• Monday - Friday, early finish on Fridays.

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or similar.
• Background in Project Management.
• Background in Construction.
• Full UK Driving License - happy to cover South West.
