Builder/Maintenance (full/part-time)
- This is a key position reporting to Head of Maintenence regarding all issues that relate to the maintenance and administration of the educational facility. Must be a car/owner driver
- All building and site repairs,
General basic knowledge in plumbing and electrics
- Able to hang doors general carpentry
- Happy to work on there own and in a small team.
- Able to work with: -
- Health and safety compliance
- Fire risk analysis and compliance
- Security
- COSHH
- General maintenance – painting and decorating
- Liaise with Sub-contractors when required.
- Monitor cost control
- Strong communication at all levels.
Full time the hours are 8.00am to 5pm Monday-Friday but there is flexibility for part-time hours to be considered.
Salary £27K+ per annum full time hours.
