Job Purpose: Keytec Installation Services is part of the Genuit Group and  dedicated to the sales and installation  of quality products and services to the construction and civil engineering industry. We have a wealth of relevant technical knowledge and experience of developing and installing geomembranes, gas protection products and stormwater management systems.

Working within the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for processing orders for new construction projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone proactive and detail orientated, with good communication skills.

Core hours of Work: 8.30 am to 5.00pm with 30 minute lunch, Monday to Friday

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Raising of Quotes & Orders on the IFS CRM system
  • Managing documentation for all new orders.
  • Liaison with colleagues in the Commercial & Operations teams to ensure smooth      transition of documentation and information.
  • Ensure all information is present for new orders.
  • Assist with generating reports from IFS on sales performance and other key metrics for management review.
  • Managing stock levels of office Supplies
  • Booking of hotels
  • General Administration duties for the Commercial Team
  • Answering the phone.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Previous experience of a similar role in Construction, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of and confident in using Microsoft office packages including Word, and Excel 
  • Ability to work in a logical fashion, tenacious, seeing projects through to the finish.
  • Ability to cope under pressure.
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  •  Confident and excellent telephone manner
  •  Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  •  Professional and business minded
