Reliability and Failure Analysis Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reliability test data collection and initial data analysis, e.g., trending filing and updating, failure identification and reporting
- Responsible for 1st stage failure analysis： Hands on failure analysis using internal resources and tool e.g., visual inspection, electro-luminance, FA record maintenance and external failure analysis logistics.
- Responsible to create draft production wafer validation report.
- Assist setting up new test rigs/recipes and support existing test equipment maintenance.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliver them to agreed timeline
- Take part in required internal and external technical training program;
- Any other ad hoc duty as requested by the Reliability Team leader.
Person Specification:
Required:
- Skilled user of Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis
- Familiar with Microsoft office, e.g., Word and PowerPoint
- Ability of small-size sample handling
- Flexible attitude to working hours
Desired
- Degree of relevant subject
- Previous experience of parametric test
- Familiar to statistical analysis software
- Experience of semiconductor industry sector
- Knowledge of III-V optoelectronic device
