Title: Assistant Site manager

Project Locations: Northwest & Occasionally Nationwide

Office Location: Warrington

Salary: £40k - £50k (experience depending)

Package: Car Scheme, Milage, Healthcare, Eye care, 25 Hols + bank hols (rising to 30), buy & sell hols scheme, working away allowance

Start: October

My client is a leading commercial interior design and fit-out company. They work with clients from initial consultation right through to delivery to shape workspaces that meet the needs of organisations and their people. Unlike many of their competitors they’re an employee owned business which allows them to maintain their ethos of building lasting client relationships and looking after their people whilst improving their ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.

The Company currently focus on Medium to Large CAT A and CAT B refurbs/fitouts across the northwest and parts of the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager
  • Supporting the day to day running and operations on site
  • Supporting the management of construction on the project and liaising with sub-contractors
  • Monitoring health & safety, program and quality using company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Consultants
  • Ensuring delivery of the project onsite to a high quality

  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid Trained
