The store environment is designed beautifully in a great location on one of London's most famous retail destinations.

As Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• The Assistant Store Manager is a Brand Ambassador and will provide inspirational and motivational leadership to inspire confidence in the team and clients. They are accountable for leading the retail team to deliver commercial and operational objectives in an omni-channel business.
• They are accountable for building the flagship store client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, driving commercial growth and ensuring compliance to all operational policies and procedure.
• The Assistant Store Manager will work in close partnership with, and deputies for the Store Manager in their absence. They play a key role in developing and delivering the retail strategy with a focus on commercial performance, operations and customer experience.

Assistant Store Manager, duties and responsibilities:

• Customer experience - Knowledge in CRM, acting as an ambassador, building a community and long-standing customer relationships.
• People & leadership, lead by example, support in delivering training, supervise teams.
• Commercial - Providing feedback on new opportunities to improve sales
• Operations- act as duty manager in absence of leadership team, maintain BOH standards, Execute VM guideline's
