Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in Construction or Metalworks looking to join a fast-growing business in a varied role, with end-to-end project responsibility and the opportunity to learn on the job, and progress as the company grows?

This steel stockholder and processor has grown to become a leading distributor of quality steel products, with a focus on building and installing balustrades, for a wide variety of commercial and domestic clients.

This office based role will see you responsible for end-to-end projects and cost management, with a range of responsibilities. You will need to have good comprehension of how construction sites operate, including managing all health and safety aspects, job and labour quoting and handling of job specs.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a construction background, looking to gain some more experience and grow with an increasingly successful business. You will need to be communicative and strong-willed, with a desire to work in a fast-paced business where you will assume responsibility for a variety of tasks.

The Role:

• End-to-end Project Management.
• Project planning, including managing labour and inventory.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Analysing of customer drawings (Identifying needed products etc.)
• Offer competitive pricing whilst maintaining strong profit margins.
• Monday - Friday, office based, early finish on Fridays

The Person:

• Construction background.
• Management or Supervisory background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commutable to Newport.
