We are currently on the search for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a flagship site, offering an exceptional package in
return.Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful Mechanical Shift Engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Related Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles, client facing attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Duties include:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Works on fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, general maintenance, motors, pumps, belts and BMS operations 
  • AHU’s, FCU’s, Air conditioning maintenance
  • Statutory compliance 
  • Fill out logbooks, reports and other relevant paperwork 
  • Correspond accordingly to health and safety 
  • Undertake repairs within company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ equivalent)
  • Building Service Maintenance experience, 3 years minimum 
  • Great communication skills
  • Career driven 
  • Polite and personable 

Salary and Benefits:

  • £48,000 - £52,000 per annum 
  • Continental Shift, 4 on 4 off , days and nights
