- Conduct site surveys, commissioning, and testing as required
- Prepare cost plans, tender documents, contract arrangements and estimate budgets.
- Review and verify design work, including that completed by Engineers and Assistant Engineers ensuring that these comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external design team members as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including calculation files and correspondence.
- Interpret client requirements and statutory obligations to design comprehensive building services.
- Member of CIBSE or equivalent.
- Competent with software such as Hevacomp, MEPworx or IES.
- 5+ years’ experience within building services.
- Degree or Chartership CENG or equivalent.
- Ability to write reports and conduct condition reports.
