About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company. Operating within the M25, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of commercial gas systems across a diverse portfolio of buildings, ensuring a high standard of compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostics to resolve gas-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and gas industry standards.
• Complete gas safety inspections, certifications, and servicing in line with legislative requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants within a commercial setting.
• Work on a variety of sites, including offices, schools, retail, and healthcare facilities.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
• Previous experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
• Strong knowledge of gas compliance and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
