This role is for an administration officer who will work with and across all aspects of the Facilities Management service provision.
The Facilities Assistant role will sit within a Team that delivers specific outcomes for customers and stakeholders and will also have specific responsibility for delivery of services and projects.
Job Description
The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the Facilities Management Teams and made transparent to our client's Customers and Stakeholders.
You will form a key part of delivering a great service to our client's customer on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of house duties such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
- Ensuring security procedures are followed
- Supporting services such as portering, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
- Carrying out inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
- Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
- Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
