My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Facilities Management & Building Services Engineering services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke engineering solutions to a varied client portfolio encompassing Commercial, Financial, Retail, Leisure & Industrial environments respectively
Due to contract growth a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer is needed to provide HVAC and electrical building service maintenance support within several high specification client premises across the North West regions.
You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repair to commercial HVAC systems and associated plant and equipment to include electrical building services systems to include lighting, emergency lighting, alarm and controls systems within a number of commercial premises.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant C&G qualifications
- City and Guilds 18th Editions IEE Wiring Regulation
- F-gas advantageous
- Possess an extensive knowledge of Building Services systems and plant to include Commercial Gas
- Heating systems & Electrical Building Services systems
- Flexible in approach to work as travel is required
- Driving License
Package
- £40,000 + Overtime + Travel time OTE £48-50,000
- Company Vehicle i.e. Ford Transit Van or equivalent
- Pension & Health care Schemes
- Death in service benefit 3x salary
- Overtime
- Paid Call-out standby retainer £105 per week with a minimum of 4 hrs paid call out
