Our client in Bristol (who has got sites in Avonmouth and city center) is looking for Supervisor Cleaners for ongoing work.

Work includes manually sweeping, picking litter and cleansing allocated routes. Occasional use of equipment might be involved for this role (no heavy machinery).

You will be working as part of a street cleaning team, working in various weather conditions. Job involves walking up to 4 miles a day, lifting 10 kg refuse sacks and placing those on the van. Also pushing/pulling a wheelie bin weighing up to 35 kgs.

This work is Monday till Thursday 0600 till 1430 and Fridays 0600 until 1330 - 39 hours paid in total per week.

Pay :

£12 per hour basic

£18 overtime 

£24 Sunday and Bank Holiday 

After 12 weeks:

£12.69 basic

£19.04 overtime

£25.38 Sunday and Bank Holiday 

Company is looking to hold inductions on Thursday 26/09/2024.

Our ideal candidate:

- Will be reliable and with positive attitude

- Will have previous cleaning experience and supervising experience if possible

- Will not be shy of manual labour

- Will be working well as part of a team

- Will not mind walking a few miles daily and handling heavy bags
