Location: London - E3
Contract length: 6 month initial contract - Potential to be made permanent
Rate: £15.53 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off - Every 2 weeks on night shift.
Day shift - 07:30am - 6:45pm and Night shift - 19:30pm - 06:45am
(Training is all office based Monday - Friday first 4-6 weeks and then you will go onto the shift pattern. This will then be Hybrid 2 days working from home per week)
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for 2 1st Line Support Operators working on behalf of a global company in the Technology industry. This is a rolling 4 on/ 4 off position that includes Day and Night Shifts and working some weekends. This will be an initial 6 month contract with a potential opportunity to be made permanent. Please note the first 4-6 weeks will be a training period and will be all office based 9.00am - 17.00pm Monday - Friday.
The successful 1st Line Support Operators will join the Team based at the New offices in London (E3). (Please note there is no/ limited parking so you must be able to get to the office on public transport both Day and Night).The 1st Line Support Operators will help manage the day to day smooth running of  Street cameras, making sure they are working correctly, talking Customers through any issues and following protocol for any faults and escalating any issues. This position requires a good level of understanding Tech, a high level of I.T proficiantcy and trouble shooting experience aswell as excellent customer service skills. 
Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Operators:
First point of call for Customers having any issues with cameras
Escalating calls in a timely and professional manner, dealing with major incidents first 
Prioritising workload and importance of tasks
Excellent Customer Service Skills 
Proficient in I.T, Microsoft packages, especially Excel and CRM systems 
Trouble shooting cameras 
Log and close down tickets 
Live finder checks on multiple cameras
 Key Skills / Experience Required for the 1st Line Support Operators:
Great attention to detail
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong I.T skills 
Process driven 
Previous 1st Line experience is desirable but not essential 
Must be able to travel to E3 3PA daily for the first 4-6 weeks 
Must be able to work both days and night shifts on a rota basis
