Mechanical Site Manager
Bracknell, Berkshire | Immediate start | 6 months | £300 per day
- Office fit out project.
- Overseeing the day to day running of the project – attending site meetings, managing labour, managing material levels and doing the RAMS etc.
- The job is a strip out & install – replacing plant, air handling units & chillers etc., then a fit out of 1 floor inc. new BMS and new heat recovery pipework.
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS. Also, must be computer literate and have technical skills. Holding a scaffold inspection training certificate advantageous but not essential.
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
- Paid CIS.
