Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in SEN
• Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students' individual needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
• Provide targeted support and interventions to meet each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Contribute to the school's SEN policies and practices
