Team Leader Commercial Estate Management

Our client is looking for a team leader for the commercial estates department. This is a temporary role lasting until December 2024. In this role you will be responsible to lead and manage the Estates Management Team to deliver a proactive, high quality and efficient estates management and valuation services are delivered in accordance with appropriate specifications and professional standards that meet the strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- To monitor the performance and the quality of service from the Estates Team and external consultants.
- To define, develop, implement, and manage strategies and policies for the management of properties.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, identify new income streams and maximise partnerships and access external funding as well as delivering efficiency savings
You will need:
- To be RICS qualified & Registered Valuers.
- This is a hybrid role that will require working in the office at least 2 days a week.
