Role: Property Damage Restoration Technician

Hours: 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday) 

Location: Covering TW, KT, UB, HA and SL Postcodes

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Key Activities & Accountabilities

• Attending all new jobs allocated by the dispatch team.
• Identify new business opportunities within the area.
• Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required.
• Preparing equipment for usage.
• Setting up de-humidifiers on site
• Carrying out and updating customer and job reports

What we are looking for:

• Building and Labouring knowledge
• Experience is dealing with mould and bacteria.
• Willingness to learn about company products and services.
• Technical knowledge on Water, Fire and Accidental Damage Restoration
• Experience in property restoration and maintenance
• Be empathetic.
