Job Description:

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Homecare Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating homecare services, ensuring our Service Users receive the highest level of care tailored to their specific needs.

key Responsibilities:

Allocating Personal Care Assistants with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each Service User.

Scheduling/organising Personal Care Assistants' rota to minimise changes to the service and travel in between Service User's homes.

Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.

Coordinating, planning, and managing adequate staff cover and ensuring that changes are reflected as soon as possible on the rostering system.

Maintaining a good level of communication with all relevant parties involved in the provision of Service User's care.

Providing exceptional customer service to our Personal Care Assistants, Service Users and other professionals.

Qualification/Experience/Skills Requirements:

Previous coordinating skills within the domiciliary care sector are essential (Minimum 2 years).

QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Full driving license and access to own vehicle.

Satisfactory pre-employment checks (Criminal History, References and Right to Work in the UK)

Proficiency in using rostering software (Care Planner and Log My Care).

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
