We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all on-site activities related to the electrical components of solar installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical aspects of solar project installations.
• Ensure that the team follows electrical design plans, safety standards, and project specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations.
• Manage and document all electrical work, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety codes.
• Monitor electrical testing, system commissioning, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
• Report to the project manager regarding site progress, electrical work timelines, and potential risks.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager in solar or large-scale electrical projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including DC/AC power systems, inverters, and solar technologies.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure electrical tasks are performed efficiently.
• Experience in project management, safety protocols, and adherence to electrical standards.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
