Job Description:
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Health & Safety: Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, applying 5S principles and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and GMP procedures.
• Quality Management: Ensuring adherence to cGMP and supporting internal and external audits to maintain a high level of quality.
• Leadership & Development: Leading and mentoring the production team, providing coaching and development to ensure high performance.
• Production Operations: Managing production schedules, reporting on KPIs, and contributing to the development of efficient operational processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Supporting and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and sustainability.

Skills & Experience:

• The Manufacturing Manager must have strong experience in plastic injection moulding and value-added manufacturing processes, ideally within a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
• Proven experience in process improvement and ERP/QMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
