The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team? We are looking for a dedicated Surfacing Supervisor to oversee essential projects that ensure the smooth running of our operations. 

This is a permanent, on-site role where you’ll play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, all while fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • As a Surfacing Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, planning and directing your team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Your days will be varied, from managing resources and equipment to liaising with customers and ensuring that work is carried out in line with the highest quality standards
  • You’ll oversee site operations, ensuring that every aspect of the project is executed safely, on time, and within quality specifications.
  • You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve processes.
  • You’ll manage materials and equipment, making sure everything is in place for efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
  • You’ll ensure that all operations adhere to our stringent safety standards and that the team complies with company policies.
