Hvac Estimator

The Role
Our Client is a HVAC Contractor and they are looking for a HVAC AC/ventilation estimator, The Estimator will report to the senior manager. You will also be responsible to the Managing Director.
The main purpose of the job is to deliver quotations and design to customers within a specified time and ensure a follow-up with a view of conversion to order.
Main Duties
- Co-ordinate all aspects of an estimate; draft tender letters; present all cost and project information in a high-quality format.
- Receive, process and manage client tenders.
- Take-off from plans and schematic drawings.
- A detailed review of all job specifications to ensure that everything has been allowed for.
- Provide a professional quotation, listing all inclusions and exclusions.
- Site visits to attend client meetings for associated projects as required
- Knowledge of Ensign preferable.
Any Other Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to emails as required.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with colleagues/suppliers/clients.
- To adhere to, and promote the company’s policies, systems and procedures as set out in the company handbook..
