Job Title: Qualified Nursery Assistant

Location: Awsworth, Nottinghamshire (NG16)

Salary: £12.83 - £13 per hour

TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a welcoming, local nursery based in Awsworth, Nottinghamshire (NG16) who are looking for a passionate and caring nursery assistant to support them on a day to day basis. The working days are flexible due to your availability and the shifts are usually 9am – 3pm.

The successful applicant will be supporting children with their daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime. They will plan and lead age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2/3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years (preferred)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting (Required)
• Driving License (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for working with young children and making a difference in their lives
