Hours: Monday to Thursday – 08:30 am to 5:30 pm

Friday – 08:30 am to 12:30 pm

As a Junior Marketing Assistant at Regional Recruitment Services, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success by creating impactful content, managing our online presence, and executing campaigns that drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging digital content to boost customer engagement and enhance the organisation's online brand.
• Implementing strategies to drive website traffic, including collaboration with website developers on SEO efforts.
• Managing all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Monitoring social media and website analytics to track performance and inform future marketing strategies.
• Handling incoming enquiries through the website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Developing innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with the organisation’s overall marketing strategy.
• Writing monthly blogs to support content marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence.
• Collaborating with consultants to produce high-quality sales and marketing materials.
• Creating and executing email marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Filming, editing, and strategising future ideas for the company podcast, including content planning and guest selection to further brand awareness.

The duties and responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive. Additional tasks may be required to support the team and business needs as they arise. Flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed will be essential in this role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience within the Marketing sector.
