• Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Occasionally speak with customers to provide expert technical advice.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and manage the administration of your work effectively.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Essential motor industry experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
