An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a well established, and growing organisation as a Telesales Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Take customer orders and deal with queries.
- Deal with telephone calls and enter orders onto the computer.
- Order required products
- Deal with customer queries in a courteous manner.
- Ensure all messages are passed onto the relevant departments.
- If mistakes occur you are to report the fault to the office supervisor and transport manager.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.
