Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a client in the Education sector who are looking to appoint a Clerk of Works to their Estates team
The role
You will work closely in partnership with the maintenance department and other technical teams including the Fire Safety, being responsible for delivering high quality work across the estate. You will look after budgeting for works, and the supervision of internal workers and external contractors. You will be covering PPM, Repairs, Maintenance, H&S and Fire Safety work.
What they're looking for
You will have demonstrable experience delivering a similar service, also holding a relevant professional qualification. You will have a full working knowledge of H&S, Compliance, and Fire Safety matters. You will ave excellent organisation skills and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
What they offer you
A salary of up to £47,000 is offered within this role. You will also be able to take advantage of 40 days holiday, made up of 32 days and 8 bank holidays, incredible automatic pension contributions, and free on-site parking.
