Project Manager required for Hard FM Project delivery in Southampton - PERMANENT POSITION

£50,000 per annum

Days Monday to Friday - however there will be a requirement to work pre-planned evenings and weekends.

General Purpose Of Role:

  • Delivery of Hard FM Mechanical and Electrical projects in a large building in Southampton
  • Adhering to Health and Safety standards
  • Writing RAMS and SSOW's
  • Management of Contractors
  • Planning and scheduling Mechanical and Electrical tasks
  • Southampton

Essential Requirements:

  • Very good experience as a Project Manager
  • Very good experience of delivering and overseeing Mechanical + Electrical projects
  • A health and safety qualification is essential
  • Mechanical and Electrical knowledge related to project management
  • Willingness to work pre-planned evenings and weekends when required
  • Southampton

£50,000 per annum plus very good company pension and excellent employee benefits scheme
