Our client is a leading supplier in their sector, who are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining rigorous food safety standards. They are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including BRC, and other relevant food safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control processes.
- Optimise warehouse layout and workflow to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring all is in safe working condition.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a food-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g. BRC).
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
