Key Responsibilities:

• Work on copper soldered, MapPress, MDPE, and PVC solvent-welded pipework (up to 150mm).
• Apply your full understanding of ACoP L8 and HTMs to ensure compliance with current water regulations.
• Supervise a small team, manage materials, and ensure accurate documentation, including photographic records.
• Provide top-notch customer service, reading and interpreting site plans, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Travel nationwide and occasionally stay away from home as required.
• Maintain company standards, care for company property (van/tools), and ensure a professional appearance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and IT literacy (for electronic processes).
• Full, valid driving license.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Skills:

• PASMA and IPAF certifications.
• Knowledge of water hygiene and the control of Legionella.
• Experience with unvented installations (minimum 3 years).
