Electrical Maintenance Engineer - The Rewards
- Up to £51,000 basic
- Overtime Opportunity
- Shift pattern - 12 hour shifts - 4 on 4 off
- 2 days 2 nights
- Company pension

- Mathematics C or above
- Organisational skills
- PC literate
- Engineering or machinery experience
- Experience with packaging machines, metal detectors
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- Understand the principles of food safety and maintenance within a FMCG environment
- Work well in a team or on their own
- Ensure that line speeds are optimised
- Bands and wires on sheeter and setup of expander machines are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Cutters are kept in a good state of repair and are readily available when the plan requires
- Assist in trials/product development/breakage
- Maintenance PPM in a timely manner
- Promote and contribute to continuous improvement
- Minimise downtime
- Train/guide/support production staff in the correct way to treat machinery
