This company has a presence in over 30 countries and has several stores in Ireland . We are seeking a Supervisor / Assistant Manager in BLANCHARDSTOWN, DUBLIN.

With a focus on customer service; you will be directly responsible for driving business goals. We are looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Manager that will understand the importance of this and will have proven skills in retail.

As Supervisor you will be accountable for:

• Managing staff performance and ability to coach and inspire to drive results.
• Ensure the development of motivation.
• Promoting a service-orientated environment at all times.
• Driving sales - individual responsibility and motivating your team.
• Market knowledge and awareness of the local area.
• Ensure high Visual standards to fall in line with company policy.
• Excellent commercial awareness to drive the visual standards in store.
• Have passion and a real love for customer service to drive product knowledge, brand awareness and excellent customer service.

We are looking for fashion forward retailer with experience in all of the above working at Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level or Keyholder. This is a fantastic and exciting start for a Supervisor wanting to be apart of a journey in a brand that will continue expansion in ireland in the future.
