Production Cleaning Operative

Droitwich

4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 8PM - 6.30AM

£29,084.33 annual salary (£15.98 per hour, plus varying overtime rates)

We're on the lookout for an Operational Hygiene Operative Production Cleaning Operative to join us at our Droitwich Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

Reporting to the Shift Leader, your general duties as a Production Cleaning Operative will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Dairy, including offices, canteens, (including fridges), locker areas stairs, toilets and corridors to the required standard.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain hygiene and environmental standards - Clean as you go.
• Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output,
• Performing accredited chemical testing where applicable.
• Effectively communicate to individuals within and outside of department.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, what we really want are positive behaviours.
• Entrepreneurial Agility - Operating with discipline, showing commerciality as well as embracing and encourages change.
• Strategic Thinking - Uses knowledge to achieve results, shares and improves best practice as well as thinking and acting decisively.
