Service Advisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturdays on a rota)
Our client, a family-run dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Bristol.
This dealership has a strong reputation for its customer-focused approach and knowledgeable staff, providing excellent aftercare and maintaining high standards within the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly explain the work carried out on vehicles to customers
- Understand and follow brand service requirements
- Manage the handover and administration of customer service vehicles
- Handle all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in a customer-facing, high-pressure environment
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
- Organised with attention to detail
- Experience working in a main dealership is essential
