Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading manufacturer to recruit a Production Manager for their factory in Bradford.

Salary: up to £40k

Hours; Monday – Friday - Days only

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee the planning and production of the factory operations.

The Production Manager will be responsible for a team of 30 skilled operatives with support from the Assistant Manager.

Duties of the Production Manager will include:

• Day to day management and leadership of the production team
• Planning the production schedule
• Managing departmental costs and budgets
• Identifying and minimising any areas of downtime to increase productivity
• Utilising lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

We would like to speak with Production Managers who have the below skills and experience:

• Leadership and Management experience within a production/manufacturing company
• Production planning experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience working with ISO quality standards and a strong attention to detail
• Experience working with lean principles and managing process improvements

This role would suit a highly organised Production Manager who thrives under pressure and enjoys working at a fast pace to challenging deadlines.
