Senior Service Advisor - Guildford
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Guildford. In this role, you will manage the service department's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the team. The role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, and offers competitive pay with bonuses and overtime opportunities.
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Bonuses & Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage customer bookings, updates, and aftercare services
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department for smooth workflow
- Handle customer queries and resolve any service-related issues
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage customer expectations
- Familiarity with service department processes and systems
- Full UK driving license
