BREAKFAST CHEF required for a Hotel in Rye, East Sussex. The successful candidate needs to be local, as there is no live in available with this role.

The role of Breakfast Chef is available either for pure breakfast cover, so part-time or it can be longer hours if required working over the lunch time period.


As Breakfast Chef candidates require:

  • Some basic Chef experience ideally from within a hotel or similar. 
  • Good organisation, kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
  • Some kitchen background to include buffet service – hot and cold and food to order.
  • This role is offered working from 07.00h to finish after breakfast service and prep for the next day, or it can be after lunch service. This hotel is flexible.
  • Days of work will include week-ends on a rota – so some week-ends on and some week-ends off.
  • Completing advance preparation for the next breakfast service / food prep for lunch service.

Salary for this role of BREAKFAST CHEF is given as up to £12.00 / per hour. Live out only.
