About the role

Working shifts between 08:30 – 17:30, 30 hours a week, you will support with checking in passengers on our ships. You’ll also be assisting with departure and arrival procedures and be responsible for all new bookings for Freight and Passengers. We’ll give you all the training you need and support you in your role to ensure you deliver the best service possible to our customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with customers to assist them with any queries
  • Liaise with Third Party key stakeholders – mainly Port of Tyne, UK Border Force & Special Branch
  • Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks

About you

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals, there are no specific qualifications are needed as comprehensive training will be provided. The role requires competence and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including passengers, UK Border Force, and vessel captains.
