Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical installations across commercial sites.
• Lead a team of skilled plumbers & pipefitters, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently.
• As the Mechanical Supervisor, ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations.
• coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress, address issues on-site, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Prepare and manage job reports, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure high-quality work standards are maintained at all times.

Mechanical Supervisor Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in commercial 
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Mechanical Supervisor Skills Required:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in both commercial and domestic environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
