Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Irish market to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals, initially focusing on the reseller model.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to installers, contractors, and stakeholders in Ireland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals in the Irish market.
• Stay updated on Irish market trends, regulations, and technological advancements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Lead the development of training programs for sales staff in Ireland to enhance product knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to drive innovation and product improvement initiatives for the Irish market.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven success in sales leadership roles within the HVAC or renewable energy industry, preferably in Ireland.
• Strong technical background in heat pump systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
