Do you have what it takes to mould the next generation of manufacturing talent?

Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge equipment for universities worldwide. They're searching for an experienced machinist with a passion for manufacturing to become their new Machine Shop Manager.

In this pivotal role, you'll optimise machining processes, driving efficiency while meeting production targets and budgetary constraints. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives under your stellar leadership.

With your deep machining knowledge, you'll maintain all equipment to the highest standards and champion best safety practices across the facility. But that's not all - you'll also get to share your invaluable insights by training and developing promising machinist apprentices, shaping the careers of future industry leaders.

To succeed, you'll need extensive hands-on experience across all machining disciplines, from operating CNC and conventional mills/lathes to programming in Mazatrol or ISO/EIA. A time-served 3-4 year apprenticeship, factory/manufacturing background, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. Above all, you must be a natural leader with outstanding communication abilities.

Don't let your talents gather dust any longer. Use your skills, accelerate your career growth, and make a genuine difference as our client's Machine Shop Manager.
