Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic business as they look to recruit a permanent Learning and Development Manager.

L&D Manager

Chesterfield - site based with occasional travel required

Full time and Permanent

£40k-£50k depending on experience

The L&D Manager with develop and implement the L&D strategy, linking into the group HR strategy and the ongoing development of high levels of performance.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage all training needs and opportunities across the business, ensuring all employees receive the appropriate training.
  • Continuous development and implementation of on-boarding frameworks.
  • Drive succession planning throughout the organisation.
  • Identify training needs to develop and design training sessions where needed.
  • Manage and coordinate Talent academy.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development with strong experience coordinating and delivering training.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management with the ability to partner with leaders.
  • Experience managing succession planning projects with a focus on apprenticeships.
  • Good experience coordinating Talent academies with a technical focus.
