About the Role:
- Lead a team of algorithm developers typically using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Collaborate with the systems teams to understand how the algorithms will be used, and with the software team to appreciate how they will be implemented.
- Be responsible for defining the toolchain and process for ensuring integrity through to the final product.
About You:
- Experience leading teams of highly qualified and technical individuals.
- Experience in software development, mathematical modelling and analysis, as well as numerical simulation (MATLAB, Simulink and Python preferred).
- A commitment to quality as well as various regulations and procedures to ensure it.
Key Information:
- Role: Algorithms Team Lead
- Salary: Circa £65,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Location: Bristol OR Stevenage (Relocation Package Available)
- Primarily On-Site Due to Workload Classification
