Are you a Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager or similar from a Construction background looking to play an integral role in the success of a rapidly growing company, in a position where no two days are the same, and you will have a high degree of autonomy in working on specialist projects, with clear progression pathways available, and the potential to reach Directorship?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading mechanical engineering contractor operating across Ireland, which is developing further year on year, with headcount doubling last year alone. This ambitious and specialist team are known for providing services putting them miles ahead of their competitors.

You will liaise closely with Directors, Senior Leadership and Clients as you plan site activities, manage multiple projects, liaise with suppliers and different departments and coordinate site-based activities. This varied role is split between the office work with some site visitation and work from home opportunities.

This is an opportunity to work on bespoke projects, within a company who are constantly looking for ways of developing services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.

This role would suit a Commercial / Contract Manager from a Construction background who is looking for a varied role where you will have the opportunity to work on high end specialist projects.

The Role:

• Liaise with clients, customers and contractors- Assist with any issues
• Oversee and manager projects both on site and in office
• Communicate with internal departments on site related queries
• Project Management to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Attend client visits and spend time in clients offices
• Extremely varied role

The Person:

• Commercial / Contract Manager or similar
• Construction background
• Full driving Licence - split between office and site based
