My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Product Analyst (Business Analyst) on a Contract basis.

This role works across the council's 'Report-It' product, which is used to improve the experience of reporting street-based issues.

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid):

• Identify, analyse, and define the functional and non-functional requirements, drafting and defining user stories and developing acceptance criteria in a product team
• Exhaustive as-is and to-be journey mapping
• Focus on the user journey and identify required improvements to deliver an exceptional product.
• Work closely with the Product Managers to collaborate with and communicate findings from the analyses.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in the analysis of a product within a Local or Central Government context.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full understanding of the as-is and to-be journey mapping.
• Outstanding roadmap strategy and delivery.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £500 per day, inside IR35
