Your role as a Project Co-ordinator:
Working as part of a small team to provide the project quotation and project management for a range of customer installations across the UK, from beginning to end of the project. Duties will include:

• Working alongside the estimating team, using layout plans, technical designs and specifications to price up quotes for installations projects
• Creating quotes from designs created, working with customer budgets
• Arranging the fitting / installation, ensuring engineer availability
• Ordering the equipment and scheduling deliveries
• Dealing with delivery notes and invoices and passing to finance team
• Handling all logistics for equipment to be onsite to meet deadlines
• Arranging pre handover meetings, dealing with any amendments
• Creating user manuals and certification

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar role such as Project Co-ordinator, Sales Admin, Sales Support or installation or engineer co-ordinating
• A strong administrator who has experience dealing with B2B customers or a Purchasing background may also be considered
• Experience of co-ordinating engineers or installation work is advantageous
• Experience in the construction, kitchen fitting, fit outs or similar environment would be beneficial
• Confident communicator
• Highly organised and methodical
• Previous experience of AutoCAD or similar design software or experience dealing with designs/technical drawings would be beneficial but is not essential
