Description

• Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of industrial machinery
• Conduct routine inspections and safety audits for all equipment
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure machinery efficiency
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to solve technical issues
• Adhere to industry standards and company policies while performing tasks
• Facilitate employee training on the safe use of machinery
• Provide technical advice and support to the team when required
• Report to the management regularly about machinery status and issues

Profile

A successful 'Focus Engineer' should have:

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Comprehensive understanding of machinery operations and maintenance
• Proficiency in using industry-specific tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure
