This primary alternative provision provides young people with alternative and special education in order for them to progress and succeed in sustained education or employment through high quality teaching and learning based on effective relationships that enable the achievement of life skills and meaningful qualifications.

About you - PRU Teaching Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire

• Experience in UK primary/secondary/SEN/PRU schools
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential
• Good behaviour management and ability to tackle challenging behaviour
• Available full time
• The ability to adapt to the student's needs - every student comes from different backgrounds and have different needs so being transparent is essential!
• Good levels of communication and ability to speak with students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
